Definitions and Applicability

In this terms and conditions document, "Platform" refers to the mcw games website, mobile application and any related services. "User" refers to any account holder or person using the service. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement and Identity Verification

To open an account and use all services on mcw games, a user must be at least 21 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date. mcw games reserves the right to verify identity at any time through an identity document or other supporting documents.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. If more than one account exists under the same person's name, the platform reserves the right to close those accounts and withhold any deposited funds. Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately. The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their own account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds on mcw games:

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be on hold until account verification is complete.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account is prohibited. If mcw games receives information about a transaction made through a third-party account, the relevant user's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. In the example above, a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,500 × 20) must be wagered for the ৳1,500 bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used once and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• mcw games reserves the right to change any bonus terms or cancel a bonus.
• If a user attempts to claim a bonus through fraudulent activity, their account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

mcw games has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. At each level, users receive a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on their net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example, a Gold level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳120 (৳20,000 × 0.6%). Users can move up to higher VIP levels through regular and active participation.

Betting Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change and may change until the match starts. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw games reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games are operated on software from third-party game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft). Each game's own rules apply and can be found within the game. If an error occurs on the game provider's server, the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet amount refunded.

5.3 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

mcw games may cancel a bet in the following cases:

• An incomplete game round due to a technical error
• Detection of fraudulent or unusual betting patterns
• Display of incorrect odds or game information
• Proven fraud or match fixing in relation to an event

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw games platform:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to access another person's account or hacking
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in the platform
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use it

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Legal action will also be taken if necessary.
